ROUSSILLON WINES DINNER WITH KOREAN SOMMELIER ASSOCIATION
On the 29th of August, Roussillon Wines’ very own Eric Aracil – Deputy Manager for Roussillon Wines Council – will be partaking in a wine dinner at The Classic 500 in Seoul with some of the most influential sommeliers of the Korean Sommelier Association.
A selection of chief sommeliers from KSA, along with Eric Aracil and Roussillon Wines’ main Korean importers will be dining together at the reputable La Vie en Rosefor an 8-course meal. Fine wines will be poured, quality food served, and laughs exchanged throughout the night.
This dinner comes to complement Eric’s Korea trip, beginning at the Asian Wine Trophy (where Eric will be a judge), stopping by the Daejeon International Wine Festival (where Eric will be delivering three master classes), the Korean Sommelier Competition (that Eric will also be judging) and a series of master classes organized in Daegu, Busan and Jeonju.
On the 5thof September, another tasting will be organized in Busan for a selection of sommeliers, working in Busan.
