9월5일에루시옹와인담당이사에릭에라실은와인수입업사디캔터와부산해운대에위치하는파라다이즈호텔에서마스터클래스를개최했다. 레스토랑‘Nyx’에서에릭아라실과정찬우대표님은부산최고의소믈리에와같이마스터클래스를진행했다.

이후, 에릭아라실은부산의유명한힐튼호텔을방문하여디캔터가주최하는마스터클래스와디너를개최했다. 디너가친절하고지적인분위기로진행하여아주대화형프레젠테이션이었다. 식사후서명된증명서와특별한선물이제공되며손님은웃는얼굴과함께떠났다.
Sommelier Master Class and Diner in Busan with Decanter
On the 5thof September 2018, Roussillon Wines’ Deputy-Director Eric Aracil hosted a master class with the wine importer Decanter in the Paradise Hotel situated on the Haeundae Beach in Busan. Eric Aracil and ChanWoo Jeong led the master class in restaurant Nyx with some of Busan’s very best sommeliers.

The audience was eager to know more about wines from Roussillon and their particularities. The professionalism depth and passion for wine portrayed at this master class was apparent to all participants and organizers. At the end of the master class, the sommeliers present received a certification signed by Eric Aracil, as proof of their attendance and completion of a Roussillon Wines master class.
Later the same day, Eric Aracil traveled to the famous Hilton Hotel near Busan for a diner and master class also held by Decanter. The friendly yet intelligent atmosphere surrounding the diner made for a very interactive presentation. Signed certifications and customized gifts were offered at the end of the diner and the guests left with smiles on their faces.
